It was a pleasure to deal with Sleeps 12. They were always prompt in dealing with queries, even when they were covered elsewhere when we had not understood/read the information properly. They were easily available on the phone as well as on the internet, which was refreshing and short-circuited a lot of usual delays when trying to locate a suitable family freindly holiday home.
