Although i think Sleeps12 is a very good service, the only complaint i have is the time it takes to redeem the damage deposit that is required on bookings, surely the money should be transferred back to the customer the day after leaving the property after all the property is prepared for the next customer the day they leave. The longer it takes to get it back, the chances of Sleeps12 missing out on a booking get more likely.
