I have used Sleeps 12 several times now and would highly recommend them. Really easy website to book your holiday, regular reminders of payment dates and then full information about the property once booked.
We have just had a fabulous family holiday at Herons Bank, definitely one of their best properties and had no issues at all. I am already looking to book for next year's holiday.
