I found Sleeps12.com to be an efficient and friendly service. I received communication through out with no issues. Great choice of properties. We stayed at Duxhams which was a stunning property for a get together for a group of friends to celebrate a special birthday. The information and suggestions for the local area on the website were comprehensive, although I have to say that we mostly stayed at the house as the weather was great, although we did use the catering services of The Wild Pear who I would thoroughly recommend. Our stay was fantastic and the local host Lucy was most helpful even though we did not meet her. Would definitely recommend.
