We stayed at Garden Court in Westhumble, but unfortunatly, late morning on our way, we got a call saying the previous visitors had damaged the pool and we wouldn't be able to use it.
We accepted accidents happen and were bitterly disappointed. We saw the pool company visit twice, but got no updates, so on our last day we texted the owner who agreed we could use the pool as it was full. Two of us used the pool, but it was freezing ☹️
Due to the pool being filled, water pressure was awful and filling a bath wasn't possible and the loo took ages to flush.
We accept accidents happen, but felt a call to update us would have been a more professional approach.
We booked accomodation with a pool, which we couldn't use, spoiled an otherwise comfortable stay in a lovely house.
