Very happy with the entire booking service with Sleeps 12.
The one down side: we experienced some gender discrimination with some house owners, in that they wanted a higher deposit for a stag do than they did a hen do, but that's the fault of the proprietor, not Sleeps 12.
We booked a lovely house for a stag weekend and we would definitely use Sleeps 12 again should the occasion arise.
