Lovely large house in a peaceful location. Walks from the door and beaches within easy reach by car. Large enclosed garden ideal for dogs and children. Helpful and friendly host who welcomes you and stays in contact if needed throughout your stay. Definitely recommend staying at Pippinsands, (Stonehayes Farm) and exploring East Devon especially Otter Valley Ice cream and field kitchen and Budleigh Salterton beach.
