Cannot fault the service received by Sleep12.com and would recommend and use them again. However, on arrival at our chosen property we found that the pictures misrepresented the garden. This was extremely disappointing as the owners of a blind dog who requires a grassed surface and there was none! Perhaps when owners significantly change their properties whether inside or out this is updated on the website as soon as possible and prospective guests informed.
