We had a holiday booked for 1st June this and after much consideration, realised that this could not go ahead due to the COVID-19 restrictions.
We were unable to defer our holiday to another time as it was difficult for everyone to organise their annual leave.
The Sleeps 12 team Jessica in particular, have been communicating with us throughout, helping us to rearrange if needed, and have offered a refund without quibble.
