I was charged £216 to fit a new round flourescent light fitting in my tenanats' house. The fitting would have cost at most £30. There was no prior visit required, and tenant kept appointment arranged. Outrageous price, which was NOT made clear before the work was completed. I have been a landlord for over 30 years. Will never use this company again.
