I've been happy so far. Using the service helped solve my issue. I had a support request that was dealt with almost instantly. I'm starting out small and I don't have experience of other providers, but it's all good for now. I'm a little concerned by the ramp up in pricing for higher tier packages, so will see how it progresses.
