A customer service that doesn't care about its customers. (SCAM)
I signed up for their service for one month only. The second month I was debited, without having received a notification email, and without even having received the invoice.
So I asked for a refund, which was refused, even though no GB had been used.
Clearly customer service prefers to scam its customers, rather than find fair and honest solutions.
On top of very slow, low quality IPs, add to that disastrous customer service.

I'll find better somewhere else, and it won't be difficult.
