Turns out it was some “security check.” I finally got access back, but I missed a major trade because of it. If they can lock you out randomly, how can you trust them? And that’s not all. I wanted to test a small withdrawal before going all in, and I’m glad I did. It took almost 48 hours, which is way longer than I expected. Not a scam, but definitely slower than they claim. I’ll keep using the platform, but only for smaller trades.
