I contacted support and had to wait two full days before they finally responded. Apparently, it was a random security check, but in the meantime, I couldn’t access my funds or trade. When they finally restored my account, there was no apology—just a generic response. That’s unacceptable to me. I get that security checks are important, but locking traders out without warning is bad practice. I withdrew most of my funds after that and only kept a small amount to trade. I still use the platform because it has decent execution speed and withdrawals, but I don’t fully trust them after this experience.
