There was one time my trade history disappeared for a few hours. It came back eventually, but it definitely shook my confidence. When you’re trading real money, even small bugs can be nerve-wracking. I wish they’d put more effort into making the system more stable. On the bright side, their customer support is fast and available around the clock, which I didn’t expect. The built-in analysis tools are good enough for what I need.
