I wanted to highlight my experience at SmileLife Lower Baggot St due to their exceptional customer service & handling. I was late to my appointment by over 30 minutes. I contacted the clinic and explained this, they displayed such professionalism and understanding in handling my tardiness and quickly rescheduled. I was then met by a particularly bright and eager staff member who had me in and out in just a couple of moments. He was informative and brought about a certain effortlessness to the entire situation - making me feel at ease. The workspace was clean, modern and to my satisfaction. Im excited to continue my journey with SmileLife because of this, so a big thank you to whoever he was!
