The customer support were friendly and quick to answer my questions. I ordered my impression kit and it arrived so fast! Myka was so patient to help me make a perfect impressions. Everything went by so fast and smooth. I returned my impressions and after a few days they me my treatment plan. Grainne called me and explained further the process and what to expect. I am still waiting for my aligners to arrive but so far my experience is amazing and definitely worth it!
