The very best service, thanks! The week of Christmas and I place a large urgent order - it arrived the following day! Then I realised I had order two items incorrectly, so I phoned up Smooth and Groomed, who sent out replacements and a return envelop without any charges - and it again arrived the following day.
The products are first class and I recommend Smooth and Groomed unreservedly. Brilliant :-)
