The order was quickly dispatched as arrived a day after the order was made, the problem however was the with the delivery company, interlink, who in this instance who did not follow the instructions that were sent and so ended up pushing through a cat flap (that was completely hidden from sight) breaking a bottle that was the other side of it. The cat hutch (which was the place for it to be placed in) was right in front of them, very annoyed and have emailed as a complaint but no firm response from the to date.
