I've used Smooth and Groomed a couple of times now, always to buy the same item, a D.R.Harris Marlborough shaving soap refill. I like the soap and S&G are a good place to buy it because they are cheaper than D.R Harris and most other places I've seen on the net. Their service is all you'd expect from a good on-line supplier.
I've not had any complaints so I can't vouch for customer service in that case, but packaging is good and speed of delivery is also good.
I'll use them again.
