Mario refuses statutory rights. Maxi Verve 14 boys bike had fault from purchase. Refuse to repair, refund or replace. Apparently buying a bike is the risk of the customer. Shocking service and serious breach of customer statutory rights. Avoid and certainly don’t buy bikes, you have no assurance of anything. If it has something wrong your in trouble.
