We needed a smart watch, the website stated they had stock but none on the shop floor,we ask an assistant who got a ladder and looked on the top shelf but couldn’t find any.The store manager then helped search and after 10 minutes or so found the item.It woutof been so easy for them just to have said there weren’t any but they went the extra mile
