I am still waiting for 2 books for my children's music lessons. They were supposed to arrive last week and I paid extra money for this service. I have emailed them 3 times and no response from their supposed 'support team.' I have tried looking into getting a refund but do not know how. A terrible service. All I want are the books! !!!
