I tried to buy a book for a present for next day delivery. To my horror I saw on my account the transaction had been cancelled. I emailed then to see why had it been cancelled. The response was, the payment was not processed- this could be due to my bank or not enough funds ?? It was sugggested I try again, I placed the order again and this was confirmed, but when I went back to my account I saw my order status -pending payment. I tried again to enter my bank details and then received an email to see say- sorry not successful due to your bank declining or not enough funds?? I contacted my bank and informed them of the situation that I had tried three times to process this order, and had messages to confirm the order had been made three times. My bank checked my account and confirmed there had been no request for payment from this company and there was no issue with my account. I have emailed your support line and provided details more then three times with screen shots. I am bitterly disappointed to receive a standard computer generated email that did not reflect why my order has been rejected. It strange there is no direct telephone number to call ? I believe you are advertising this book at a low price and can not fulfill your order . I will never go to your website again, my 14 yr old niece will not have her present as I had promised her! Your scoring would be a 0 star for a review.
