Having been let down for a really important order that I needed in order to prepare for a postgraduate talk that I am presenting next week, to my dismay I discovered the recent reviews here and on Trustpilot. I opted to pay extra for Saturday delivery. Of course, in line with the common experience the payment has not been processed despite all being well with my card and no book has arrived as my website login shows that the book has not been dispatched. I'm trying to work out whether as suggested by others this company is operating fraudulently in order to gather credit card details or whether the website payment provider has been experiencing issues and the company is too incompetent to sort it out. I would urge you not to use this company and as I suspect mass fraud is a real possibility I'm about to report them to the relevent authorities. Cancelling my card to be on the safe side is especially catastrophic at this time of year.
