Placed an order for a book for my Daughter for Christmas. Received an email 6 days later saying the order was cancelled with no explanation as to why.
Then received another email about a month later saying they have just found out that my order was damaged and did I want to wait until it was back in stock. Not sure what this company is playing at but they seem about as organised as a blond Shepard herding cats. Maybe I'll go to Waterstones next time.
