Shocking service all round really, I received an email advising that my order had been cancelled, because of one of a few potential reasons 1. my credit card failed, 2. there was insufficient stock...fast forward two weeks and I receive a second email advising that the stock had been delivered in to fulfill (my now cancelled?) order was damaged and that if I would like I could log in to my account to cancel the order. I've logged into my account to cancel the order and it's showing no order history. I have since contacted the customer service team three times asking them to confirm that the order has been cancelled and no refund issued and have (this far) received no response. First and last 'shopping' experience with Smyths books.
