Extremely poor customer service. My first order was cancelled for no apparent reason. My email was replied to and I was advised to order again which I did recieving a confirmation email to confirm. Since then no books, the website states i have made no orders and at least 10 emails to customer services have gone un answered. ( unfortunately i could not find a telephone number).
I have now given up and ordered through Amazon - more expensive but at least i can reply on their service !
