Ordered a book Saturday, not arrived by following Friday, can't log in as the site won't accept my email address, even though I received an auto response from them at that address on one occasion. Have sent two messages via web enquiry form, (ignored) and one email (also ignored), hence one or rather zero stars. Also there doesn't seem to be a phone number that I can find, why?
