Placed order 9 days ago for a book. Online account created (by them) has never showed that I have an order outstanding. No phone number or any way of contacting them apart from an email form on the website and the email address of the order acknowledgement. Emails (about 8 in the last 2 days) are not acknowledged and go unanswered. This company deserve zero stars. I wish I had researched Smyths Books before dealing with these time wasters.
