My problem is not that simple. I started by 'writing to you' as suggested and you replied very quickly but I was unable to write further!! Why I am not sure. It is the usual fault with any 'fill in ' survey it is too one sided. Quite simply your 'advert' referred to 100x150mm/4"x6" paper. By this I assumed that the paper supplied would be suitable for BOTH sizes.../but it wasn't it was only 150mm in length. Therefore it was no use altering the printer settings for the wrong size paper. What you assume does not matter...I have been though this all before..so I KNOW whatI am talking about. I need 6" long paper for there to be room to print the date. !50mm is not 6" and DOES NOT PRINT THE DATE although you can just see where it would go. 6" paper does exist as I have bought it retail from Rymans and Lexmark and it is about 152mm in length even if labeled 150mm.
