You gave the impression their was a problem with the order by referring to tracking numbers that had not been created. I was delighted when my sample arrived first class in an envelope small enough to fit through the letterbox, whereas not knowing what to expect, you gave the impression of a tea chest being shipped from a foreign land ish!
I haven't yet used the paper but thank you so much for getting it to me.
