I bought these transfer papers to do something special for my dad. The order had not arrived in quite some time so I contacted the company to see if they could confirm dispatch or just something to say it won't be long. I received no reply, even after a few days which for any business is appalling. I ended up going through paypal, by which they still didn't send me any sort of message and just refunded the money. I will not be doing business with this company again, and I have gone elsewhere for what I need - at a cheaper price, and no doubt it will be here sooner.
