item arrived on time but damaged due to idiot postman folding it in half to fit letterbox, even though envelope said on it 'please do not bend'
spoke to snap paper via web chat, sent a photo of damaged item, replacement arrived a day later.
excellent customer service, will definitely be buying from here again
