Carmen that works in Fulham branch is outstandingly amazing. Her understanding and professional attitude towards my autistic and severe ADHD self to is second to none. Always, does Carmen provide her patience. I do not always communicate with quick understanding. I never ferel judged by Carmen even though I am three times her age. She never makes me feel stupid. I am beautifully blessed as going into shops is not always easy for me. Thank you or big up CARMEN
