After years of wasting money on items that promised wonders and delivered sod all whilst stealing my hard earned money in the process, I came across these! I had variable success with the others, over time it didn't fit and did't wear that well. I have now had this device for a few months and am very impressed. It was very easy to mould and adjust and its the adjustment that I believe is making the difference. I have set the device so that my lower jaw is slightly in front of the upper. I am sleeping very well and by all account I am not snoring. THAT IS A SMALL WONDER
