I'm not sure how well the Snore Doc works as there was an issue when conducting the fitting process.
As per the directions supplied I attempted to remove the mouthpiece from the water at 90 seconds but it was stuck to the bottom of the glass. When I finally retrieved the mouthpiece the fitting plastic had completely melted. See picture.
