I’m sure your product is amazing but your delivery service let you down big time, our Christmas gift was sadly never received by our daughter, as it was left downstairs/ outside an apartment building and she was not notified by email/phone or even an apartment door bell ring notification, an extremely lazy delivery service, but hey who ever picked it up had a great Xmas present and we are still waiting on a refund 🥺
