The actual hampers were good, but the customer service was not, we did a bulk order, and some orders had the wrong cards in them, and some had the wrong hamper delivered, very embarrassing for our business. I was told by 3 customer services reps, not to order cherries as all the rain we had ruined them, and if I order different hampers I will get a discount, due to me wanting to order cherries, this did not happen, when the order was made I was told I could have ordered the cherries, information was not consistent. There was one girl who was helpful in the end and apologetic, but the damage was already done.
