Ordered my box on Tuesday 10th April for delivery before Easter. Booked delivery for Thursday 12 April. Easter Sunday and it has not arrived. 😫 No communication that it’s delayed or canceled. Very disappointed.
Since I left my review, Snowgoose has rectified the problem extremely personably and professionally. A phone call goes a long way. It is a beautiful product and service.
