StarTrack did not deliver the box of fruit to the door instead leaving a card for pick up at the p.o the next day. This is not acceptable especially for perishable items. It is their common practise from my experience. She managed to get The box delivered this afternoon. She has helped considerably to renew my faith in your company. My daughter is delighted and relieved she did not have to make arrangements for the pick up. I think you would be wise to use a courier service as aside from wine your merchandise is perishable. They are obliged to try contact recipient whereas StarTrack appear not to understand that obligation. I suspect their delivery personnel are on tight time schedules which allow no time to actually fulfill the contract.
