I sent a fruit hamper a week ago & had to ring up to make sure it was delivered. I was told yes a photo was taken. I still hadn’t heard from the person I sent it to (unusual) in over a week so I emailed him. He had no idea who had sent it & had had to ask 4 people to see if they sent it. MY MESSAGE obviously was NOT attached. Dreadful service. Would like a discount
