I purchased a Snow Joe snow thrower from QVC in 2018. It worked great, removed snow as promised. This year I pulled the snow thrower out to charge the battery in preparation for winter weather and noticed one of the charging prongs had fallen out of the base. I know the company offers a long warranty on their products so I called, on a Sunday morning, and actually spoke to a human who speaks English. Surprise! On a Sunday! The person took my information and registered my product as I had failed to do so when I purchased it. My FREE replacement charging base is on its way. Fifteen minutes and that was it. No questions, no hassles. How refreshing. If I have any issues after receiving the charging base, I will update this review. For now, I give this company and my snow thrower 10 stars!
