I received a snowblower as a gift. The scraper blade broke. Requested replacement but was told that there were none in stock. Requested an update was told 6/7/24. Requested update 6/27/24. No response. Requested update 1/9/25. Again, no response. Sent the following message on 9/18/25. Plan on purchasing another brand for winter.
Okay, then. Due to lack of response, I will assume that I need to be moving on. And I will be sure to pass along my experience to friends and family.
