Bought a garden kit, (GTS4001C) opened box and one critical part was missing, the blower tube. Tried calling numerous time but hung up on each time. Tried chat, waited 40 minutes got disconnected. Went to original vendor, they' ve tried 3 times to email you, no response back from you.
Your CS Sucks, that is the bottomline.
