I agree with other people who have stated 1* - they don't deserve 1*!!
The items I bought were good quality but you will be lucky to receive the correct items. When you ring and explain problems you will be greeted with disgusting customer service, you will not be kept informed, they may replace your product but not with the correct one!
I've spent 3k on Soak products and can certainly say will never order from them again!
