After ringing your company to ensure that the screen I was buying was not hinged, talking through options with the operator and settling on a shower screen that wasn’t definitely wasn’t hinged according to them, I have returned home from work to find the screen that I left my plumber to fit was in fact hinged. Can’t fault the rest of the service and the radiator I purchased is fantastic, but as I took time to call your company to ensure I was getting the right product for my needs, to be sent something with the features I didn’t want is really really annoying.
