I’ve not even received my valves or any other part of my order.
Dealing with Soak has been horrendous, they are simply an awful company to do business with. 3 days I’ve taken off work to be at home to receive my delivery, 3 days I’ve had plumbers on site to fit my radiators and Soak have failed to deliver them every single time!!!
The purchase has cost me a fortune in lost time and fees for my contractors.
