I originally ordered online with a confirmed delivery date which was not honoured. The tracking facility gave very limited information. My e-mail to the carrier’s help facility was not answered. I chased this the next day and was told the radiator had been damaged in transit and returned. Soak proposed to send it to arrive 3 days after the date initially agreed. As the plumber was already booked I opted to collect from Nuneaton: a two hour round trip. Despite this the carrier attempted to deliver another radiator 6 days after the initially agreed date. The outer packaging was damaged. I did not accept this delivery and cannot comment on whether the radiator was damaged.
I think it is very unlikely that I would order from this firm other than by their click and collect facility.
