Item arrived a few days before the black friday sale. Phoned customer services to see if they would refund the £50 difference seeing as I was still within the returns period. Was told that I would have to send mine back, at my own cost, and order another to receive the discount.
Disappointing customer service when I've known other companies carry out a paperwork exercise to give the customer the discount.
